Terms and Conditions: Florida Equity Link Open Golf Invitational Effective Date: December 15, 2023 Welcome to the Florida Equity Link Open Golf Invitational (the "Event"). By participating in or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions: Eligibility: Participants must meet the eligibility criteria as specified by the Event organizers. The Event is open to individuals aged 18 and above unless otherwise specified. Registration: All participants must complete the registration process as outlined by the organizers. Registration fees are non-refundable unless the Event is canceled by the organizers. Code of Conduct: Participants and attendees must adhere to a high standard of sportsmanship and respect for others. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate disqualification or removal from the Event premises. Event Modifications: The organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, format, or any other aspect of the Event as deemed necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes through the official communication channels. Liability: Participants and attendees acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their well-being during the Event. The organizers, sponsors, and affiliated parties are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the Event. Photography and Videography: By participating in the Event, you grant the organizers the right to use photographs and videos of you for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the organizers in advance. Cancellation and Refunds: In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, participants may be eligible for a partial refund at the discretion of the organizers. Refund requests must be submitted within the designated timeframe as specified by the organizers. Intellectual Property: All Event-related trademarks, logos, and intellectual property are the property of the organizers. Unauthorized use of any Event-related intellectual property is strictly prohibited. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Event will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Florida.
